Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

 



2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@kuxiu.uk with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will provide further instructions, including the return address. Please note:

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of initiating the return request.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 



3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Standard delivery costs will also be refunded, but any additional shipping upgrades (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

 



4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kuxiu.uk with photos and details of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.

 



5. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are personalized or customized.
  • Items that have been used or not in their original condition.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, certain accessories cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

 



6. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, KUXIU will cover the return shipping costs.
